| House Fire on Harland Rd Feb 7, 2007 - At 09:20hrs, Taftville was dispatched to a dryer fire on Harland Rd. While Et-21 was responding, Norwich advised of numerous callers reporting smoke from the back of the house. ET-21 arrived an found smoke from the B/C corner and eves. ET-21 crew streched a handline and found fire on 1st floor and 2nd floors. Taftville was assisted by Yantic,Norwich and Mohegan Tribal FAST. Crews knocked down the fire prior to the fire making it's way into the attic. Crews remained on scene for overhaul for about 3 hours. Norwich FMO is investigating |
