| Engine added to Occum Auto Fire Sept 19, 2009 - Just before 2pm, Occum was alerted to an auto fire on the southbound off ramp of I-395. Occum units arrived and found a active fire on a Saab. A Taftville engine was added when a gasoline line was leaking fueling the car fire that would not go out. Car-20 and ET-21 joined Occum crews on scene and assisted with water supply and Haz-Mat mitigation from the car's full gas tank. CSP and DEP also responded. |
